Alex Lee Vance, age 40 of Doyle, Tennessee passed away on Monday, September 26, 2022, at his home.
He was born December 14, 1981 in Sparta, Tennessee. He was the son of Gayle and Wanda Lawson Vance.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert and Lenora Lawson and Carl and Willene Vance and uncles, Gayewon Vance and Lloyd Wilson and his wife, Bobbie Wilson.
Survivors include:
Parents- Gayle and Wanda Vance of Doyle, TN
Sister- Altia Vance (Daniel) of Petersburg, TN
Several aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive.
Alex was a graduate of Van Buren County High School, Class of 2000. He loved the outdoors and working with his hands as a skilled welder and machine operator.
Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, September 30, 2022 in Vance Family Cemetery located in Van Buren County with Tracy Curtis officiating.
