Amber Lynn York, age 40 of Doyle, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, July 16, 2022, at Saint Thomas Highlands Hospital in Sparta, Tennessee.

She was born August 22, 1981 in Metairie, Louisiana. She was the daughter of Michael and Kitty Richard Villeret. Amber enjoyed singing car karaoke, hosting family gatherings, traveling, and helping others.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Charles and Kathleen Richard and Alvin and Marilyn Villeret.

Brother- Craig Villeret (Fe) of Luling, LA

Sisters- Jennifer Smith (Monty) of Sparta, TN and Michelle Villeret (Nathan Gilleran) of Knoxville, TN

Favorite Niece- Jaden Englade

Nephews- Landon Villeret, Carson Villeret and Isaac Taylor

God Parents- Jackie and Sandra Cortez

Several aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and neighbors also survive.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 22, 2022 at Oak Lawn Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Oak Lawn Memorial Cemetery. The family will welcome friends on Thursday, July 21, 2022 from 4:00 - 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
