Charles Edward Holman,81, of Walling, TN passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2020 in Chattanooga, TN. Mr. Holman was born on February 5, 1939 to the late Jimmie Holman and Monerva Jane Bryant Holman in Sparta, TN.

Mr. Holman proudly served his country in the U.S. Army discharged in 1964 after serving a tour in Korea. He was a light weapons infantryman.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his, Wife of 58 years-Shirley Webb Holman, Daughter- Christal Holman, Brothers- R.T. Holman, Bobby Holman, James Holman, Clarence Holman and Ray Holman, Sister- Mattie Nation.

Mr. Holman is survived by; Daughter- Tonya Holman (Johnny Jones) of Walling, TN
Son- Jeremy Holman (Fiancé Lora Bassey) of Lees Summit, MO
Grandchildren- Savanna Mahan of Walling, TN, Kendra Reed (Derek) of Gainesboro, TN, C.J. Mahan of Walling, TN, Jaxson Holman of Lees Summit, MO, Victoria Bassey of Lees Summit, MO, and Josiah Bassey of Lees Summit, MO
Great-Grandchildren- Gabriel, Alexandria, Charlie, Kendan, Makenna, Kenley, and Nathaniel.
Sisters- Wilma Bennett (Manuel) and Rachel Mabe.
Brother- Clay Holman (Peggy)
Several loved nieces and nephews.

The Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, September 6, 2020 at Oak Lawn Funeral Home at 3 p.m. with Bro. Bo Hendrix officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1 till the time of service.
