Mrs. Claudette Drope, 68, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones on Monday, November 14, 2022.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Mildred Turpin, sister, Ricky Manis, brothers, Butch Turpin and Wayne Turpin, and her 4 legged little buddy, Jake.

She is survived by:

her loving Husband- Lance Drope

Children- Lisa and Donnie Walker, Rusty and Amy Carr, Cindy Carr and partner, Bobby Shelton.

Grandchildren- Tyler Stockton, Derek and Courtney Jackson and children, Bradley Carr, Taygan and Lakin Ogle

Great-Granddaughter that she adored- Serene Standridge

Brothers- Doug and Gail Turpin, Ernie and Slone Turpin

Sisters- Cathy Keathley and Phyllis Weaver

Sister-in-Law- Terry Beeler

Many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends also survive.

She was pure sunshine, always had a smile, a warm hug, and a kind word. She loved with all her heart, and her family feels blessed to have had her in their lives.

In lieu of flowers, the family asked simply for prayers of comfort in the coming days.

The family has chosen to plan a private celebration of life at a later date.
