Connie Laurel Myers Turrington,72 of Sparta, TN, passed away Saturday, November 09, 2019 in Nashville, TN. Connie was born on July 30, 1947 to the late Harvey Nolan Myers and Minnie Bell Walker Scott in Sparta, TN.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by: Husband- Johnny Turrungton Sr., Brothers- Donald Myers, and Jeff Myers, and Sister- Shawna Evon Myers.

Survivors include: Life Partner- Othel Dunham Jr.
Daughters- Lisa Bryan of Sparta, TN, and Lora Turrington of Sparta, TN
Son- Johnny Turrington Jr.
Grandchildren- Rodney Henry, Jesse McCullough, Jacob Turrington, and Josh Turrington
Great-Grandson- Braxton Taylor
Great-Granddaughter- Paige McCullough
Sisters- Carolyn Duham, Renee Myers, Melissa Fisher, and June Myers
Several Nieces and Nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at 1 p.m. with Bro. David Copeland officiating at Oak Lawn Funeral Home in Sparta, TN. The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 16, 2019 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Oak Lawn Funeral Home in Sparta, TN
