Obituary for David Edward Pinion
David Edward Pinion, 77 of Sparta, Tennessee passed away on Monday, December 28, 2020, at Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
He was born Thursday, April 22, 1943 in Union City, Tennessee. He was the son of the late James and Mary Lee Pinion.
Survivors include:
Wife of 59 Years- Sharon Pinion of Sparta, TN
Daughters- Nori Conley of Sparta, TN and Rhonda Dawson (Tom) of Sparta, TN
Son- David Pinion II of Sparta, TN
Grandchildren- Megan, Macey, Zechariah, Jamie, Jacob, Erica, Tripp, Tucker, Tate, and Izzy
3 Great-Grandchildren- Charlee, Daxton, and Jubilee
Sister- Regina Gruden
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Sunday, January 3, 2021 at Oak Lawn Funeral Home with Brad Walker officiating. Burial will follow in Frasier's Chapel Cemetery. The family will welcome friends on Sunday from 11:00 A.M. until time of the service at the funeral home.
Pallbearers to serve are Tom Dawson, Jerry Roberts, Tripp Pinion, Mark Frasier, Joe Pat Cope, and Greg Perlongo.
Honorary Pallbearers are Tucker Pinion and Tate Pinion.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or give a loved one a hug.
