David Vaughn Welch, 86 of Sparta, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, January 26, 2021, at NHC Healthcare of Sparta.
He was born Saturday, April 14, 1934 in Wadsworth, Ohio. He was the son of the late Edwin and Mildred Brooks Welch. David was a square dancer with the Senior Citizen Dance Club.

Daughters- Karen Heddleston of Austin, TX and Becky Beahm of Hudson, FL
Son- David E. Welch of Sydney, OH
Sister- Nancy Billman of Frazeysburg, OH
