Obituary for Donna Lee Farmer

Mrs. Farmer was born June 23, 1939 in St. Louis, Missouri, the daughter of the late LaVern & Vera (McNew) Reeds. She passed from this life on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Farmer was preceded in death by her sisters, Susan Reeds and Barbara (Reeds) Poenicke as well as her brother, James Reeds. She was a member of Gum Springs Baptist Church for many years. She was a homemaker and enjoyed cross stitching and crocheting.

Funeral Services will be held at 2pm on Sunday, February 10, 2019 at Oak Lawn Funeral Home with Dewey Young officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Pisgah cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 7, 2019 from 4 until 8pm at Bond Memorial Chapel in Mt. Juliet, TN. and on Saturday, February 9, 2019 from 4 until 8pm at Oak Lawn Funeral Home.
