Geraldine Nunley Dunn, 78 of Sparta, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2019, at her home.

She was born on Wednesday, November 20, 1940 in Chattanooga , Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Edward Nunley and Virginia Griffith Nunley. Geraldine worked at Red Kapp Industries for over 40 years. She was also a member of West Sparta Church of Christ.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert "RL" Dunn; two sons, Dennis Dunn and Bobby Dunn; infant brother, Edward Wayne Nunley; infant sister, Shirley Faye Nunley; brother, Alan Nunley from Idaho; and brother-in-laws, Willie Lee Dunn and Kenny Dunn.

Survivors include:

Granddaughters- Tabitha Williamson of Sparta and Tracey Franklin (Mike) of Cookeville

Great-Grandsons- Drake Williamson of Cookeville and Jacob Pineda of Tracy, CA

Great-Granddaughter- Alexandra Pineda of Cookeville

Great-Great-Granddaughter- Nora Pineda

Daughter- Patricia Cunningham of Cookeville

Siblings- Patricia Duvall of Cookeville; Opal McWain of Yakima, WA; Sherry Miller of Yakima, WA; Eddie Nunley of Yakima, WA; and Steve Nunley of Yakima, WA.

Brother-in-Law- Lloyd Dunn (Barbara)

Sister-in-Laws- Norma Dunn and Gretta Dunn

Special Neighbor- Kay Warner of Sparta

Funeral Services will be held at 1pm on Friday, March 15, 2019 at Oak Lawn Funeral Home with Bobby Wilhite and Derrick Coble officiating. Burial will follow in Doyle Cemetery. The family will welcome friends from 5-8pm on Thursday, March 14, 2019 at the funeral home.
