Howard Allen Deem Jr., 76 of Sparta, Tennessee passed away on Sunday, November 8, 2020, at NHC Healthcare of Sparta.

He was born Wednesday, February 23, 1944 in Wheeling , West Virginia, he was the son of the late Howard Deem Sr. and the late Sarah Keller. Mr. Deem was retired from the State of Tennessee Highway Department.

Survivors include:

Wife- Irene Deem

Daughter- Beth Ann Hoover (John)

Step-Daughters whom he loved as his own- Denise Roberson (Tim) and Darlene Jackson (Dwight)

Grandson- Reed Haley

Four Grandchildren and 4 Great-Grandchildren

Brother- Donnie Harris

Sister- Mary Quigley

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 at Oak Lawn Funeral Home with Pastor Eric Vickers officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Lawn Memorial Cemetery. The family will welcome friends on Tuesday, November 10, 2020 from 4:00 P.M until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
