Jeri Dale Johnson, 71 of Doyle, Tennessee passed away on Monday, May 20, 2019, at NHC Healthcare of Sparta.
Born Monday, August 11, 1947 in Gentry County, Missouri, he was the son of the late Billy Keith Johnson and the late Billie Hackathorn.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include:
Daughter: Amy Greenwood (Jackson) of Haltom City, TX
Son: Brandon Johnson (Becky) of Austin, TX
Grandchildren: Drew Johnson, Kaitlyn Johnson, Jacob Greenwood, Joshua Greenwood, and Shelby Greenwood
Sisters: Jackie Mau (Brian) of Truckee, CA and Annette Slatton (Bill) of Doyle, TN.
The family has chosen cremation. A graveside service will be held in Tennessee at a later date.
