JoAnn Gamble, age 66 of Sparta, Tennessee passed from this life on Saturday, October 8, 2022, at Saint Thomas Highlands Hospital in Sparta, Tennessee.
JoAnn was born Wednesday, June 27, 1956, she was the daughter of the late Charles Henry and the late Edna Woody Henry.
JoAnn worked at Citizens Bank for 32 years, and enjoyed her time with her work family and friends. She also enjoyed quilting, cooking, and spending time with her family. A kind thoughtful person who loved family traveling.
JoAnn is surived by her:
husband of 47 years, Frank Gamble of Sparta
son, Kyle Gamble and Danielle of Sparta
granddaughter, Lana Gamble and David Boswell of Sparta
great grandson, Kayden "Dale" Rhea
brothers, Charles Henry Jr. of Sparta
Bobby Henry and Carolyn of Dixon, TN
Danny Henry of Sparta
Andy Henry and Christina of Sparta
Larry Henry and Betty Ruth of Sparta
step-sister, Kathy Alred and Mark of Livingston
Many other family members and friends also survive.
In addition to her parents, JoAnn was preceded in death by her brother Tommy Henry and two step-brothers Jerry and Paul Farley.
A Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Wednesday at Oak Lawn Funeral Home with Earl Alverson and Benton Flatt officiating. Interment will be in Oak Lawn Memorial Cemetery, Sparta, TN.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at Oak Lawn Funeral Home
