Joyce Evelyn Carroll, age 85 of Sparta, Tennessee passed away on Monday, October 3, 2022, at her home.

She was born August 28, 1937 in Salem, Michigan. She was the daughter of the late Robert Wilson and Evelyn Carter Wilson. She was a wonderful seamstress. She enjoyed working at East Sparta City School cafeteria, and she enjoyed teaching the boys and girls Sunday school for many years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Ron Carroll.

Survivors include:

Husband- George Carroll of Sparta, TN

Daughters- Renee Rojas of Madison, AL and Rechel McManus (Chris) of Sparta, TN

Son- Robert Carroll (Kathleen) of Dearborn, MO

11 Great-Grandchildren

Sister- Joan Frey of Fairview, MI

Daughter-in-Law- Beckie Carroll of St. Petersburg, FL

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, October 9, 2022 at Oak Lawn Funeral Home with Isaac Edwards officiating. The family will welcome friends on Sunday from 12:00 PM until time of the service at the funeral home.
