Juanita Brown, age 73, of Cookeville, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, at her home. She was born March 10, 1949, in Sparta, Tennessee, to the late Georgie Landon Brown and Prietta Jane Bumbalough Brown.

In addition to her parents, Juanita was preceded in death by her siblings- Edith Mae Dodson, George Henry Brown, Mary Janice Robinson; and infant brothers- Georgie Landon Brown, Jr. and Ralph Flindey Brown.

Surviving family members include:

Sister- Reba Joyce Brown

Brother- Jerry Phillips Brown

Many nieces and nephews also survive.

A Funeral service will be at 1:00 PM on Friday, December 30, 2022, at Black Oak Church of God in Sparta, Tennessee. Burial will follow in the Blankenship-Baker-Ballew Cemetery in Sparta, TN. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until the time of the service at the church.

Pallbearers who will be serving include Jerry Brown, Jackie Brown, Little Jackie Brown, George "G" Brown, Cayden Wallace, and Chad Wallace.
