Judy Kay West,80, of Sparta, TN passed away on Thursday, November 18, 2021, in Cookeville, TN. Mrs. West was born in Muncie, Indiana to the late Wallace and Juanita Clark.

Mrs. West enjoyed watching hummingbirds; Christmas was her favorite holiday. She loved shopping and spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. West was preceded in death by, her Husband, Robert Leonard West, Son, Terry West, and Grandson, Lee Slatten.

Surviving family includes:
Son, Wally West (Gloria) of Smithville, TN
Daughters, Angela Trusty and Michelle Lynn Hammock both of Sparta, TN
Grandchildren, Jessica Cope, Jennifer Hannan, Jacob Hammock, Breanna Hammock, Dawson Hammock, Tiffany Maddax, Nick Trusty, Ryan West, Kyra Stockton and Brittany West.

Pallbearers include: Vince West, Dylan Stockton, Dawson Hammock, Jacob Hammock, Adam Cope, and Cody Maynard.

The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, at Oak Lawn Funeral Home at 12 PM with Ryan West officiating, burial will follow at Peeled Chestnut Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, November 22, 2021, at Oak Lawn Funeral Home from 5 PM till 8 PM.
