Kenneth Ray Goines, age 81 of Sparta, Tennessee passed away on Monday, October 25, 2021, at Saint Thomas Highlands Hospital in Sparta, Tennessee.

He was born September 7, 1940 in Sparta, Tennessee. He was the son of the late Casto and Mary Howell Goines.

He enjoyed antique cars and car shows, country music, going to Friday night music at Gum Springs, and being with all his friends at the Rise and Shine every morning.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Charles Goines.

Daughter- Deborah Biggs (Charles) of Sparta, TN

Special Nephew- Charlie Goines (Dewanna) of Sparta, TN

Sisters- Mildred Stephens (Bobby) of Murfreesboro, TN and Charlotte Bohannon (Myles) of Sparta, TN

Brother- Harlon Goines (Gail) of Sparta, TN

Grandchildren- Brandon Sparks (Brynda) of Nashville, TN and Alex Sparks of Sparta, TN

Special Friends- JD White and Brenda Frasier

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, October 29, 2021 at Oak Lawn Funeral Home with Earl Alverson and Doug Goff officiating. Burial will follow in Lower Cherry Creek Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday from 11:00 AM until time of the service at the funeral home.
