Leslie B. Ludwig, age 81 of Sparta, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, February 22, 2023, at Life Care Center of Sparta.
She was born October 3, 1941 in Smithville, Tennessee. She was the daughter of the late Ewing Gay and Emma Pinegar Gay. She worked as a nurse for 15 years.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, James, Joe, Sam, and William Gay; sisters, May Parsley and Mary Jones; and brother-in-law, Kenneth Smith.
Survivors include:
Son: John Steven Ludwig of Smyrna, TN
Sister: Carolyn Smith of Sparta, TN
Brother-in-Law: Luther Parsley of Sparta, TN
Sister-in-Law: Wilma Gay of Sparta, TN
Several nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbors also survive.
Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, February 24, 2023, at Oak Lawn Memorial Cemetery with Rudy Oakes officiating.
