Obituary for Lois Annette McBride
Lois Annette McBride was born on May 30, 1960 to Dorothy Louise Sparkman and the late Stanford Barker Hudson. She was raised in White County.
She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Christopher Reece McBride of Quebeck, TN, daughters, Rebecca (Andrew) Young of Murfreesboro, TN and Emilee (Brady) Foster of Smithville, TN, granddaughters, Reecely and Ellie Young, mother, Dorothy Sparkman Hudson of Walling, TN, sister, Delphine (Lenny) Jamula of Riverview, MI, brother-in-law, David (Janie) McBride of Quebeck, TN, and several nieces and nephews also survive.
Annette earned a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, and ED. S degree from Tennessee Technological University where she graduated with high honors. She taught in the White County School System for over 30 years. She enjoyed reading and spending time with her family. She was also a member of Mt. Pisgah Methodist Church.
Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, December 17, 2021 at Oak Lawn Funeral Home with Marvin Saylors officiating. Burial will follow in Jericho Cemetery. The family will welcome friends on Friday from 10:00 AM until time of the service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Jericho Cemetery Fund or Mt. Pisgah Methodist Church.
