Mamie Lou Foust, age 75 of Sparta, Tennessee passed away on Saturday, March 11, 2023, at her home.

She was born November 12, 1947 in Spencer, Tennessee. She was the daughter of the late William and Velva Medley Forsythe. Mamie worked at the Piggly Wiggly of Sparta, in the Deli, for 15 years. She also loved to shop and go dancing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Lansford Forsythe and Donald (Donnie) Forsythe.

Son- Gaylen Barlow (Regina) of Sparta, TN

Sisters- Freda Young of Sparta, TN; Sally Lockwood of Sparta, TN; and Willene Brock (Sam) of Spencer, TN

Sisters-in-Law- June Forsythe of Spencer, TN and Shella Forsythe of Spencer, TN

Step-Grandchildren- Jordan Kerr and Emily Kerr

Special Friend- Darrell Young

Graveside Services will be held at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at Old Zion Cemetery with Cordell Burton and Kenny Fresh officiating.
