Margie Ruth King, 91 of Walling, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, December 8, 2020, at Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

She was born Sunday, August 11, 1929 in Sparta, Tennessee. She was the daughter of the late Tommy and Florence Jones Humphrey. She enjoyed many hobbies including gardening, quilting, and anything outdoors. She loved having her family close.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth King and her brothers and sisters.

Survivors include:

Sister- Billie Jones of McMinnville, TN

Sons- Johnny T. King (Jean) of Walling, TN; Kenneth L. King (Kim) of Walling TN; and Allen M. King (Laura) of Louisville, KY

Grandsons- J.T. King (Angie) of Doyle, TN; Jeremy Becker (Emilee) of Louisville, KY; and K.C. King (Heather) of Walling, TN

Granddaughters- Rachelle Roberts (Stoney) of Walling, TN and Gwendolyn Ledbetter (David) of Crossville, TN

Many great-grandchildren also survive

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 P.M. on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at Oak Lawn Funeral Home with Gary Humphrey officiating. Burial will follow at Old New Hope Cemetery. The family will welcome friends on Saturday from 10:00 A.M. until time of the service at the funeral home.
