Matilda Rae "Sue" (Sargent) Adkins, 73 of Sparta, Tennessee passed away on Wednesday, May 12, 2021, at her home.

She was born Sunday, February 15, 1948 in Ashland, Kentucky. She was the daughter of the late Harmer and Anna Sarven Sargent.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved son, Joe Adkins, lifetime partner, Royce "Shorty" Leonard, sister, Sheila Kay Scott, and brother, Harmer "Sarge" Sargent II.

Son- Matthew (Billy Jean) Adkins

Granddaughter- Michaelle Adkins

Grandsons- Mick Adkins and Preston Joseph Adkins

Great-Grandson- Lincoln William Grasse

Caregiver and Step-Son- Tommy Leonard

Brothers- Harvey Sargent and Walter (Glema) Sargent

Numerous nieces, nephews, and loved ones also survive.
