Obituary for Michael Edward Howard
Howard, Michael Edward “Meathead” “Woodstock”, 64, of Sparta, TN passed away Friday, July 19, 2019. Michael was born in El Paso, Texas on August 23, 1954 to Ed and Emma Howard and later moved to Clark County, Ohio. He was previously employed by Wright Patterson Air Force Base as an auto body technician before retirement. Michael enjoyed his dogs, fishing, motorcycles, and car shows.
He is preceded in death by his parents Ed Howard, Jr. and Emma Gennice (Baker) Howard.
He is survived by his brother, Terry Joseph Howard and sister, Valerie Lynne Howard Sexton, as well as nephew, Larry Keith Mullett and niece, Brandy Lynne Mullett. He will be missed by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held from 1 to 2 pm on Saturday, August 24 at Oak Lawn Funeral Home in Sparta, TN. A memorial service will follow at 2 pm.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked for donations to be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
