Regina Kay Underwood, 60, of Sparta, passed from this life, on June 2, 2019, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
Born Aug. 20, 1958, in Sparta, she was the daughter of Kenneth Prater and Laurine Clouse Prater.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Sandra Darlene Knowles; and brother, Kenneth “Butch” Prater.
Funeral service will be held at 1pm, on Wednesday, June 5, 2019, at Oak Lawn Funeral Home, with burial in Oak Lawn Memorial Cemetery. James Rittenberry will officiate. Visitation with the family will be 11 a.m.-1 p.m., June 5, at the funeral home.
Survivors include her husband, James W. "Bill" Underwood, of Sparta; brother, Ted Prater and wife Lois, of Sparta; nieces, Cristie Roberts Vinson, of Sparta, Tina Prater, of Sparta; nephews, Jackie Prater, Doug Prater, Danny Prater; and several great-nieces, great-nephews, and cousins.
