Russell Stinson,79, of Sparta, TN passed away Friday, March 20, 2020 at his home in Sparta, TN. He was born on September 9, 1940 to the late William Frances and Laura Neal Stinson in Sunnybrook, KY.

Mr. Stinson was a wise man that loved being on his computer searching Facebook, being outside enjoying nature and playing cards. He looked forward to his yearly trip to Pigeon Forge, TN every September. Russell attended Life Church in Cookeville, TN and loved being apart of the church. He loved his dog, Tootsie.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his, Sisters- Elma and Josephine and Brother- Windell.

Son- Doug and (Deb) Stinson
Son-Tim and (Connie) Stinson
Daughter- Brenda and (Adam) Johnson
Daughter- Deborah and (Arden) McFarland
Daughter- Kathlean and (James) Cervantes
Daughter- Ginger and (Philip) Grove
Sisters- Thelma, Ada, Carol, Peggy and Judy
Brothers- Stanley, Larry, Bill and Cecil

A Celebration of life will be held on Sunday, August 8, 2021 from 2 PM - 4 PMat Life Church in Sparta, TN with Bro. Ted Kocher officiating.
