Obituary for Sally Nunley Burrows
Sally Nunley Burrows, 85 of Sparta, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, January 28, 2021, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center.
She was born Thursday, November 7, 1935 in Coalmont, Tennessee. She was the daughter of the late Matt and Nora Rogers Nunley.
She was a caregiver for over 20 years. She loved being with people and spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Burrows, brother, Howard Nunley, and sisters, Willie Young, Edna Atkins, and Mary Sue Nobblett.
Survivors include:
Son- Mike Burrows (Susan) of McMinnville, TN
Daughters- Sherry Rose (Donnie) of Sparta, TN and Jackie Burrows Miller of Sparta, TN
Grandchildren- Danielle Reed (Josh), Matt Burrows (Lizzy), Lauryn Miller, Zach Miller, Lindsey Rose, and Rachel Rose.
Great-Grandchild- Amelia Reed
Brother- Tony Nunley (Carolyn) of Coalmont, TN
A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Sunday, February 21, 2021 at Oak Lawn Funeral Home with Jeff Guth officiating. The family will welcome friends on Sunday from 1:00 P.M. until time of the service at the funeral home.
