Tommy Vaughn Winnett, age 52 of Sparta, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, May 11, 2023, at his home.

He was a man with many skills who could do and fix almost anything. He was a kind and generous man who would drop everything to help as many people as possible. Tommy loved fishing, music, food, and above all, his family.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Becky Winnett; parents, Tom and Gladys Winnett; Linda Dunn-Winnett; and daughter, Anna Marie Winnett.

Survivors include:

Son- Michael Winnett of Sparta, TN

Daughter- Amber Sims (Jerrod) of McMinnville, TN

Brother- Chris Randolph (Lisa) of Sparta, TN

Sister- Misty Bell (John) of Cookeville, TN

Grandchildren- Michael Williams, Haley Sims, Samantha Sims, and Justin Sims

Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, May17, 2023, at Oak Lawn Funeral Home with Jimmy Jack Walker officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Lawn Memorial Cemetery. The family will welcome friends on Tuesday, May 16, 2023, from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
