Obituary for Troy Eugene Gore
Troy Eugene Gore, 59 of Sparta, Tennessee passed away on Friday, April 23, 2021, at his home.
He was born Sunday, July 16, 1961 in Sparta, Tennessee. He was the son of Bob Gore and the late Peggy Murphy.
Troy was an avid motorsports enthusiast who enjoyed bringing life back to all things mechanical. He was a loving Daddy, Brother, and friend. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, riding motorcycles, playing bocce ball, and playing with his grandchildren. Troy brought a light to this Earth that will never go dim as he always had a kind word and a smile for everyone he met.
In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lonnie and Annie Hawkins and Herman and Mertie Gore.
The King of Golden Mountain is survived by:
Father- Bob (Diana) Gore
Sisters- Jonessa (Jason) Gunnels, Sabrina McPeak, Annette Stearns, and Rene (Paul) Flatt
Daughter- Lindsey Gore
Sons- Cody Gore and Lee (Kim) Braswell
Grandchildren- Vincent Braswell, Veronica Braswell, and Deegan Gore
Several nieces and nephews also survive.
A Memorial Service will be held at 6:00 PM on Friday, April 30, 2021 at Oak Lawn Funeral Home with Cameron Howard officiating. The family will welcome friends from 4:00 PM until time of the service at the funeral home.
