William Merril “Bill” Klein, age 83, of Sparta, TN passed away on Monday, January 31, 2021, in Nashville, TN. Mr. Klein was born on August 13, 1938, in Sparta, Tennessee to the late Merrill Jackson Klein and Louise Cantrell Klein
In addition to his parents, Mr. Klein was preceded in death by his, Wife of 63 years, Marilyn Sue Bumbalough Klein.
Surviving family include:
Children, William Jackson (Jack) Klein, Sherry Lee Klein-Howard, and Barry Klein.
Granddaughter, Sydney Lee Howard
Siblings, Mickey Klein (Judy), Jim Klein (Shirley), Dorothy Whitson, and Judy Primm.
Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Pallbearers include:
Jack Klein, Barry Klein, Greg Sewell, Jeff Parish, Dick Gentry, Lenny Elligan, Chris Brewington, and Braden Brewington.
The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2021, at Oak Lawn Funeral Home at 2:00 PM with Doug Benningfield officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Lawn Memorial Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 11:00 AM until the time of service at 2:00 PM.
