William "DuWayne" Patat, age 48 of Sparta, Tennessee passed away on Monday, March 7, 2022, at Saint Thomas Highlands Hospital in Sparta, Tennessee.

He was born May 4, 1973 in Marietta, Georgia. He was the son of Linda Post Wilder and the late James Patat.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Patat and his step-father, Jerry Wilder.

Survivors include:

Mother- Linda Wilder of Sparta, TN

Sons- Tyler Brown of MA and Skyler Allen of WI

Daughters- Ashley Patat of PA and Jade Honeycutt of NC

1 Granddaughter

Step-Daughters- Savannah and Rheanna, both of WI

Brothers- Jimmy Patat (Jennifer) of Baxter, TN and Kevin Patat (Christy) of IN

Sister- Cathy Patat of Sparta, TN

Sister-in-Law- Chiquita Patat of Sparta, TN

Niece- Tater Barrett of Sparta, TN

Several cousins, nieces, nephews, and other family members also survive.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, March 14, 2022 at Oak Lawn Funeral Home with Kevin Patat officiating. The family will welcome friends on Monday from 11:00 AM until time of the services at the funeral home.
